On average, it may take 3-10 business days for your order to be processed before we ship it. Personalized jewelry ships in 2-3 weeks. Pre-Orders will have there specific time frames in the product description. Please allow additional time for delays when there are natural disasters. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During any of our peak seasons, which include Valentine's Day, Graduation (May), Mother's Day, and starting after Labor Day through Christmas. Please expect and prepare for additional processing days added. 

All orders placed at Lerissas.com will include shipping with tracking. You will receive the tracking information when your order has been fulfilled and marked shipped. Please allow up to 24hours for USPS to update their system of movements on the package(s).
